In-Clinic Appointment

  • Go to the “Book Appointment” section in the menu.
  • Choose In-Clinic Appointment.
  • Fill your basic details and choose a suitable slot convenient to you.
  • Clinic Address and Google map are displayed in the Book Appointment section for you to conveniently locate the clinic.
  • Reach the clinic at the appointed time. There is no need to come in very early. We always try to keep your waiting time at the clinic to a bare minimum.
  • Consultation Fees for In-Clinic appointment has to be paid at the Clinic through Google Pay/PayTM/BHIM/UPI/Credit Card or Cash.
  • Alternatively, you can call us at +91-8291492566 and set up an appointment with the doctor.

Video Consultation, how it works?

  • Go to the “Book Appointment” section in the menu.
  • Choose Video Consultation.
  • Fill your basic details and choose a suitable slot convenient to you.
  • Make a Payment of Rs 500 for the Video Consultation through the Payment Gateway.
  • You will get a call from the clinic at the scheduled time and the Doctor will do a video consultation through WhatsApp Video Calling or Google Meet or Zoom Call.
  • Keep your diagnostic reports ready and you will have to send it to us through WhatsApp/Email before the “Case taking” by the Doctor.
  • Alternatively, you can call us at +91-8291492566 and set up an appointment for Video Consultation with the doctor and we will send you our G Pay number/PayTM number/UPI QR Code/Net Banking details or a payment link through WhatsApp Messenger for you to pay conveniently.

Refunds and Cancellation Policy

  1. In the event that, the Practitioner with whom User has booked a paid Video/Online Consult appointment via the Website, has not been able to meet the User, User will need to write to us at support@kenthomeopathy.com within Three (3) days from the occurrence of such event; in which case, the entire consultation amount as mentioned on the Website will be refunded to the User within the next Seven (7) business days. In case where the User, does not show up for the appointment booked with a Practitioner, without cancelling the appointment beforehand, the amount will not be refunded, and treated as cancellation charges.
  2. Users will not be entitled for any refunds in cases where, the Practitioner is unable to meet the User at the exact time of the scheduled appointment time and the User is required to wait, irrespective of the fact whether the User is required to wait or choose to not obtain the medical services from the said Practitioner.
