What happens in a consultation?
In the area of fertility I recommend each person comes for homoeopathic treatment. I advise a group consultation to discuss what is happening as a couple and then each person has an individual consultation lasting up to 1 ½ hours for remedy prescription. If you have any test results from your GP or hospital or failed IVF attempts please bring all the relevant paperwork and results to the group consultation. Follow up consultations will be individual and up to 45 minutes.
How long will treatment take?
There is no set treatment time as each person is different. Most people often start to feel better ‘in themselves’ and this is a good indication of homoeopathy working. When treating couples in the area of fertility I recommend a year of treatment. My aim is to have results within the year.
Is there anything I should do to ensure my treatment is effective?
I will ask about your diet and lifestyle and about medication you are taking. Contraception used and when you stopped using it. I may offer practical suggestions to help you improve your overall health, including drinking more water, regular exercise and diet. I will ask about diet also and may suggest natural supplements. Pregnancy and Birth
Birthing plans

What happens in a consultation?
During a birth plan consultation it is essential that both parents attend. The consultation is between 1-1 ½ hours. I will go through each remedy and how the symptoms may present in labour. An easy read factsheet will be given to the birthing partner and the birthing kits will be available for purchase in the consultation. Each birthing kit has its own remedy guide booklet also.
After the birth
The fact sheet given before birth will contain information for after the birth including recovery, breast feeding and if medical intervention was required. I would recommend a follow up consultation for the mother after delivery.
Homoeopathic babies
One of my possibilities is to have children from birth have the opportunity to have homoeopathic treatment. Homoeopathy is a gentle, safe and effective form of treatment for newborns and infants and can help with colic, teething, nappy rash and many other ailments.
First consultations for young children will take between 45 minutes to 1 hour and follow up consultations are 30 minutes.
